Breathalyzer will be obligatory from 1 July 2012 in each vehicle (bike also); don't know exactly for foreigners . Perhaps any help of our  sim 10 .

I just add that chemical Breathalyzer are ok; you don't need an electronical one  sim 72

Due from the new government, Breathalyzer are no more obligatory on your bike. Remember the alcohol limit allowed in  sim111 is 0.5 g of alcohol per liter of blood or 0.25 mg of alcohol per liter of exhaled air.
